Test Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

 • Test management, communication, metrics, and status reporting, including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team or ZNA retained IT test lead / project managers

•Framework implementation

• Coordinate work with onshore team

• Coordinate testing updates with  IT Test Leads, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Test Analyst(s) as needed to ensure alignment across stakeholders

• Defect Management approach and execution, including logging and reporting of defects and adherence to Defect Management by all project / scrum team members (including those outside of test team)

• Workflows

• Experience in the INSURANCE sector (mandatory)

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

•Stakeholder management

•Leadership of manual and automated testing projects

•QA team management

•Experience with Guidewire Policy Center

•Playwright, Jira (mandatory), Visual Studio Code - BitBucket for PRs

•Advanced English
